This Privacy Policy explains how Virtuix Technologies ("Virtuix", "we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with our websites and mobile applications, including the game Toilet Olympics (collectively, the "Services").
Summary
- We do not require an account to use the App.
- We do not sell user data, and we do not use data for third‑party advertising or analytics.
- The optional Feedback feature transmits only the message text via our AWS proxy to Discord for moderation.
- Aggregated, de‑identified install/crash metrics may be provided by the app stores to help us improve stability.

Information We Collect
Information you provide
You can use the App without creating an account or providing personal information. If you choose to use the optional Feedback feature, we collect the message content you submit so we can review and respond.
Information collected automatically
We do not embed third‑party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App. We may receive de‑identified, aggregated metrics from app store providers (e.g., installs, crashes, device model counts) to improve performance and reliability; these metrics do not identify individual users.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services.
- Diagnose issues, enhance stability, and improve gameplay and user experience.
- Review and respond to Feedback you send us.
- Protect the security and integrity of the Services.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your information. We do not share data for third‑party advertising. We may disclose information:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate our infrastructure and communications (e.g., Amazon Web Services for hosting; Discord for moderated message delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with this policy.
Feedback (Optional)
Our Feedback feature allows you to send comments or bug reports to our team.
- Optional & limited data. The feature is optional and, when used, sends the message text only. Please avoid including personal information.
- Delivery path. Delivery is via our AWS‑hosted proxy to our private Discord moderation channel; end‑user IP addresses are not shared with Discord (egress originates from our server).
- Retention. Messages remain in our moderation channel until we delete them during periodic reviews. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights).
- No ads/analytics; no sale. We do not sell Feedback data and do not use it for advertising or analytics. We use it only to provide support and improve the Services.
- Third‑party processing disclosure. As noted above, AWS (hosting) and Discord (message transport/storage) act as processors for Feedback, consistent with our App Store privacy label.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Feedback messages are kept until removed during our periodic moderation reviews or upon verified deletion request.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
- Deletion. To request deletion of Feedback you previously submitted, email privacy@virtuixtech.com with the subject “Deletion Request,” and include (if possible) the app name, platform, approximate date/time sent, and the text you submitted. We will locate and delete the message and confirm once completed.
- Do Not Sell or Share. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
International Users
We process information in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
